These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kkrb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the kkrb platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkrb platform. These Terms apply to all users of kkrb including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any feature of the platform.

kkrb reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. kkrb recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current obligations and rights.

Player Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on kkrb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkrb enforces strict age verification procedures. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or a business entity. Proxy registration is not permitted under any circumstance.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kkrb. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.

kkrb reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Registration

Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on kkrb. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all balances permanently forfeited. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. kkrb may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials. kkrb strongly recommends that players choose a unique, strong password and do not share it with any third party. kkrb will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact kkrb support immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
• kkrb reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes.
• Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting kkrb support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will continue to be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on kkrb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kkrb does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. kkrb may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is available at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account that belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kkrb may request documentation confirming the player's identity and the ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• kkrb does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independent of kkrb. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule.
• Deposits made for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without genuine gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious activity. kkrb reserves the right to investigate such transactions and may withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bonuses

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, kkrb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. kkrb reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus amounts where it determines that a player has attempted to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• kkrb reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus at its sole discretion. This includes the right to cancel a bonus where kkrb has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a promotional offer in bad faith, engaged in bonus abuse, or breached any aspect of these Terms.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on kkrb. Specific rules for individual game types — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and crash games — are set out within each game or market and take precedence over these general rules where they differ.

• All bets placed on kkrb are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant details before confirming a wager. kkrb does not accept claims for the cancellation of a confirmed bet due to player error except in cases of proven technical fault on the part of kkrb.
• kkrb reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the result has been influenced by match-fixing, collusion between players, software error, or any other form of manipulation. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's kkrb wallet at the original stake amount.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply per market, per game type, and per account level. These limits may vary and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. kkrb reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure or connectivity interruption that affects an active bet or live casino game, kkrb's system logs will serve as the definitive record of the transaction. Where a clear technical fault is identified, kkrb will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in good faith.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkrb and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on kkrb, whether using your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence system to access, interact with, or place bets on the kkrb platform without human authorisation for each individual action.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match officials, or third parties with the intent to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game offered on kkrb.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity through the kkrb platform. kkrb cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and will report any suspicious transaction activity without delay.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the kkrb platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a known or discovered technical error will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Account Actions

Account Suspension and Termination

kkrb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete required identity verification; involvement in any prohibited conduct as described above; or any behaviour that kkrb determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kkrb reserves the right to retain any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of standard identity verification procedures.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Obligations

kkrb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. By using kkrb, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that you are responsible for making informed decisions about your gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkrb shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the kkrb platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. kkrb's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

kkrb does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome will be achieved. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkrb makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included on the platform.

Changes

Amendments to These Terms

kkrb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, kkrb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or via the registered contact details on the player's account. Your continued use of the kkrb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
